SUMMARY:Thriving Communities 5-Week Spring Course
DESCRIPTION:We are running four FREE 5-week workshops every Wednesday starting on 4th March\, 11am to 1pm: \n\nSPRING – March 4th –April 1st\n\nThe course will be led by our Wiggly Chef Ryan and participants will learn cookery skills while building community connections using seasonal vegetables to create nutritious well-balanced meals. These sessions are designed to be friendly\, practical\, and accessible.  \nThe sessions will be held in small groups\, with a maximum of eight participants per session.  \nThese Thriving Communities courses are designed for all adults and abilities. All ingredients and aprons will be provided. \nTo register your interest\, or for more information please contact office@wigglycharity.org \nWith thanks to Gloucestershire County Council for funding this course

DESCRIPTION: Join Chef Jane making traditional Christmas sweet treats and seasonal decorations—all while raising money to support Wiggly. \nWhat you’ll do: \nCreate your own sugar mice\, peppermint creams\, coconut ice\, and other classic festive sweets. You’ll also craft a beautiful heart-shaped decoration or Christmas wreath centrepiece to take home and enjoy. \nTicket includes all ingredients and materials\, plus refreshments (tea\, coffee\, hot chocolate and a mince pie) \nAge Recommendation: 4+ (Family-friendly).
