Thriving Communities 5-Week Summer Course – Week 4

We are running four FREE 5-week workshops every Wednesday from 11am to 1pm:

• WINTER – November 12th – December 10th

Each workshop will be led by our Wiggly Chef Ryan and participants will learn cookery skills while building community connections using seasonal vegetables to create nutritious well-balanced meals.  The sessions will be held in small groups, with a maximum of ten participants per session. 

These Thriving Communities courses are designed for all adults and abilities. All ingredients and aprons will be provided.
